The store's staff and patrons were very excited and told us they'd been looking forward to it all week—though one visitor confessed she hadn't told her husband just why she was so enthusiastic about stopping by the drug store: "I didn't tell my husband that this was the real reason we needed to come to Rite Aid!" FLORIDA SEP 18-19 ARLINGTON, TX UT Students Care About Skin Cancer The University of Texas at Arlington was the site of the 2-day screening event for the Road to Healthy Skin Tour. We screened 73 participants and detected 23 suspicious lesions. It was a great campus and the students here really care about skin cancer. MAR 31 MIAMI, FL One Mom's Clever Plan to Promote Early Detection Today we learned of an interesting tactic taken by a concerned mother with daughters who love to tan: if her daughters wanted her to purchase new bathing suits for them, then they had to come with her to get screened!
